Blessed with a spiritual curiosity since birth, John has been exploring the world of meditation for over 20 years. He believes that the path to our best and brightest future involves daily meditation and hopes to make these life-enhancing teachings clearer and more accessible to all. He holds teaching certifications in Yoga, Qigong, and Meditation, and is currently studying Yoga Therapy. He loves to spend his free time out in nature, rock climbing, practicing photography, and communing with his houseplants.
